I had a fantastic time on my trip. I had the pleasure of going with Alexis and Tascha and we met up with my buddy Maita and Dionne. The weather was nice, not too hot, the shopping good and yes I stayed 100% on my diet- no cheats. Yes it was hard watching the girls at the buffet every night but I did it!! We went to the spa a couple of times where I was able to use the gym but we also walked hours every day up and down the strip. This was not my first time to Vegas I have been at least 5 times or more before but over 8 years ago. The Hotels are amazing there and just for the record- we did behave ourselves ;)

The reason I choose Vegas was because I have always wanted to go see The Grand Canyon. It was amazing, the pictures do not capture how incredible it is. It was a 4 hour drive through Arizona and well worth it. You must go if you have never been.
